Are Plant Based Diets Superior?

fruit and vegesThe evidence is mounting and is quite compelling. More and more studies are pointing towards plant based diets as a better way to get all of your vitamins, minerals and nutrients.

T.Colin Campbell is a professor emeritus in nutritional biochemistry from Cornell University. He has performed studies and has written books that prove that most cancers and preventable diseases are caused by animal foods and diary.

He goes on to say that the reason why animal products are promoted by the goverment are politics. There is an entire industry built around agriculture and diary.

T. Colin Campbell makes a compelling point. At the very least he makes me take another look at what I eat and try to decrease my animal foods and diary intake.

Know what you are putting into your body. Eat intelligently. It is the Pain Free way.
