Certain foods can affect our strength and endurance, so it only makes sense that certain other foods can affect our minds and cognitive functioning. This slide show talks about some foods that are good for your mind, and some ways to get your mind ready for a big day. I disagree with thier view on vitamins though. I feel that it is very hard to get all of the vitamins, minerals and nutrients that you need to adequately repair muscles and other organs throughout the body from your diet alone. A good vitamin will provide your body with all it needs to adequately repair itself.
