If you have read any of my blogs then you know that I am very exercise oriented. I believe that if you do the right kind of exercises you can reduce pain and stabilze an irritated joint. This will drastically increase the use and life you can get out of that joint. If you let things go and don’t do any maintenence like exercising and stretching, it will catch up to you. Don’t let your knee pain progress to the point that you need a kneed replacement. You can do something about it now.
