It seems like everywhere you look now people are trying barefoot running shoes. There are many debates as to whether barefoot running is good or bad for you. Last year I wrote a blog titled “barefoot running, is it good for you?” Since writing this article I have purchased a pair of barefoot running shoes, and I use them to walk around in. I really lke them, but I have always liked walkingin barefeet. And I have spent many hours strengthening up the small, intrinsic balancing muscles in my feet and ankles.
