Sports Drinks or Water?

My good friend and online coach Mike Schultz posted this article and I think it makes some very good points. We are constantly being bombarded by advertisments from sports drink companies claiming that there is no way you will ever compete, let alone win, unless you drink their hyped up and super sugary sports drinks. Unfortunately kids are very susceptable to this. Most of the time, water is as good if not better than sports drinks for you. This article talks about whether you need sports drinks or not.
