The holiday season is upon us, and that means more eating, drinking, and being merry. All of this extra merriment can make it hard to stick with your regular exercise and eating routines. It can be hard to stick with any routine with all of the parting and shopping.
My business always picks up during the holiday season due to everyone hurting themselves from getting all stressed out from doing to much.
If you are trying to eat healthy or follow a diet plan, it can be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to stick with. There can be temptations around every corner. Weight loss is hard even when you do everything right. It is hard enough when you are exercising consistently and eating right.

The main reason why I see for unexplainable weight gain is stress. Usually in times of stress, exercise and eating right go out the window because there is no time.

I always love Thanksgiving. It is one of my favorite holidays. I get a chance to reconnect with family and friends that I haven’t seen in a while. I also get to eat one my favorite meals of the year.
Those of you who have been keeping up with my articles know that I don’t eat meat. I haven’t eaten red meat, pork, or poultry since last Thanksgiving.
Last year around this time I decided to give up eating most meats (I still eat fish and dairy products), and haven’t looked back. I decided temporarily to stop eating meat in an attempt to eat less during the holidays. I looked at it as an easy way to moderate what I ate during the holidays. It is hard to loose weight. It can be even harder if you are sabotaging your weight loss without even knowing it.

Soda can be highly addictive. It is sugary and caffeinated. It can give you a sweet tasting pick me up when you need it.
